Hello friends,
After nearly four years, four tours, one hundred shows in a year, full-time jobs, a blue van called Billy, one lp and a seven inch, a pet panda, some really good dancing, and some really good times..Bullet Union are calling it a day. Thank you to everybody that has been involved in this band in any way especially those that put our records out, recorded us, put on shows for us, let us play shows, made ace flyers, bought us pizza, drove us in the sun and rain (Bradley, Flying Frida, Tule, Sam and Val we love you!), lent us equpiment, designed us a website, bought a pink t-shirt, shared a stage with us and let us share a stage with them, stole a pink t-shirt, got drunk with us, let us sleep on their floors, play with their cats, and asked us to go on tour with them.
There is a growing slideshow of Bullet Union field trips here (http://www.flickr.com/pho…) with more to be added from our excursions with Blood Brothers and all the other good adventures we have had. If anybody has any photographs they can send us (howdy@bulletunion.co.uk) we'll put those up too along with an archive of flyers. New MP3's coming to myspace soon, and if we can get a good enough copy - our new songs and a video of us playing in Reckless records Camden on its last day. Man, being in a band is some crazy shit.
Jealous Records has some stock of our LP and CD and we believe some freshly uncovered 7" here: www.jealousrecords.com / www.myspace.com/jealousre… - or click the buttons above. We have Pink, Blue and Grey T-Shirts designed by Chris Garratt and Ferry Gouw of Semifinalists fame left too. And disco badges...and cat patches...Were going to sell them really really really cheap - Two for six pounds, if your interested email: robinsilas@googlemail.com and we'll get a proper paypal account and some pictures sorted for next week.
Thanks again to everyone who has been involved in one way or another, you made doing this so much for fun for us and we are forever grateful.
