Shellac: zpráva pro média

S kapelou jsme průběžně v kontaktu a přestože známe politiku Shellac v týhle oblasti, zkusili jsme se pro jistotu zeptat i na nějaký promo CD na recenze. Bob Weston (na fotce vpravo) v tom má jasno.

Hi,
Shellac has been a band for over 15 years and we have never given away a free copy of any of our records. There is no such thing as a "promo" copy of a shellac release. There are no guest lists at our shows either. We don't give away our hard work and art for free.


We have never solicited any press or reviews of the band. If somebody wants to write about us, we're happy to talk to them. But we choose not to force ourselves onto anybody. Any reviewers who have ever reviewed our records have bought their copy at the store. Any reviewers who have ever reviewed a concert have bought a ticket.
